Overland Park Presbyterian Church is the headquarters for Shawnee Mission Meals On Wheels. This non profit provides meals for those who need them most. Whether people are home bound or recovering from a hospital stay, this group delivers a meal to people’s door Monday through Friday every week. It receives no government funding and is entirely supported by individual and corporate donations.
Mission
There are many in our community who for physical or emotional reasons are unable to provide for their own nutritional needs. Shawnee Mission Meals on Wheels is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving our homebound, elderly, and disabled neighbors by providing a nutritious noon meal.
